At Epicome, we craft your vision with the utmost care and attention to detail. If the products you received are less-than perfect, we'll do everything we can to fix this for you.
Return/Exchange Policy
- All custom-manufactured and/or decorated apparel sales are final.
- Exact color matches and slight inconsistencies are not considered defective.
- Garment decoration using various methods (print or embroidery) will be as close as possible to PMF reference color. However, slight variations are not considered defective.
- Epicome takes no responsibility for mistakes on behalf of customers such as the submission of incorrect information, selection of incorrect colors, styles, fabrics, etc.
- No product exchanges or returns will be accepted unless it presents a manufacturing defect covered by our policy.
- All promotional sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We reserve the right, after evaluating the product, to determine the best course of action to resolve any issues. We may choose to offer a discount, replace product, or issue a full credit pending severity of damages.
